What: Beginning January 2025, Sacred Resilience is a monthly workshop series to cultivate your resilience in these profound times of change. We will gather in sacred community and do processes designed to help you maintain a sense of well-being and personal power throughout the year.

Where: Online via Zoom. Each workshop will be recorded and available for streaming on a private channel. At the end of the year all recordings will be permanently deleted.

When: 10:00am-12:00pm ET (New York Time). Generally the 2nd Saturday of the month.
